Probity Training


The Probity training course is designed to develop the skills, competencies and independence of Probity Auditors and Advisors. The training is run over two days and covers the essentials and standards required to provide probity services with a focus on procurement related processes. The course also covers the theoretical and practical analysis of numerous case studies.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

This course is suitable for all officers in procurement and contract management in Commonwealth, State and Territory government agencies.

FACILITATOR

This course is being delivered by David Whitfield. David is a Senior Facilitator at ACFEC and delivers our Certificate IV, Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Procurement and Contracting. David has significant hands-on experience in contract management and procurement, operational coordination, strategic policy and governance, security risk management, integrity and professional standards, fraud control and compliance and investigations. David has held positions as a Senior Executive Service Officer with the Australian Public Service, and a Forensic Director with Deloitte and KPMG.
