OVERVIEW

Integrity, transparency and accountability are fundamental to ethical procurement and contracting. Sound probity practices help maintain public confidence, support good governance and ensure procurement processes are fair, accountable and defensible.

The Probity in Procurement and Contracting course is designed for procurement, contracting, governance, compliance and commercial professionals working across Australian Government, state and territory governments, local government and other public sector organisations.

Through practical learning and realistic government procurement scenarios, participants develop the knowledge, practical skills and confidence to apply probity principles throughout the procurement lifecycle, manage probity risks and contribute to ethical, transparent and defensible procurement outcomes within their organisation.
